We Couldn't install windows 10 0x80070070 - 0x2000C in my LENOVO Z580 IDEAPAD

I am facing the above stated issue with installation /upgrade of windows 10 from windows 7. I googled the same and found many people are facing the same error in the other systems too. I am facing the above issue when upgrading at 8℅ and screen flashes back to windows 7. It gets reverted due to failure of this error.

I have ample space in C drive. I have uninstalled nvidia graphics card as some people said that issue with the drivers. I have changed the language to English(US). I have run cmd prompt (regedit, services.msc), even created a key 'AllowOSUpgrade'. Despite all done the issue is the same where I left it. I have tried every nook and corner of solutions but still it didn't work for me.

Kindly provide me the solutions as how to successfully install/upgrade to windows 10...
